Ingredients:
Thoor dal - 5tbsps
Channa dal - 3tbsps
Dry Chilly - 3 nos
Chopped Beans - 1/2 kg
Oil - 3tbsps
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Soak thoor dal, Channa dal, dry chilly, salt to taste for 30 mins
2. Grind coarsely without water to make a thick paste.
3. Cook in steam cooker without water for 15 mins on medium flame(if pressure cooker 3 whistle is ideal.Microwave with lid for 10 mins)
4. Cook chopped beans with salt.
5. Cool aside and grind again to loosen.
6. Heat oil(olive oil gives a better taste) in a pan and pop musturd seeds and curry leaves.
7.Added the lossened cooked dal and toss for couple of minutes.
8.Add cooked beans and toss until mixed well.
Serve hot with Rice,chapatti,pulka,roti.
